3.17. Check of a state and effort of a tension of belts of the drive of auxiliary units

Check of a condition of belts of the drive of auxiliary units

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Estimate a condition of each of belts of the drive of auxiliary units.
Having probed a belt on all length make sure of lack of cracks and stratifications. In case of need highlighting itself a small lamp, check a belt for existence of attritions and sites, zapolirovanny to gloss. The belt has to be examined on both sides that means need of its twisting for check of a condition of inner side. In passing make sure of lack of traces of development of corrosion, cracks and agnails on driving pulleys and intermediate rollers. The defective belt is subject to replacement (see the Head Dvigatel). Existence on a working surface of a belt of superficial perpendicular cracks is allowed. If these cracks do not overstep the bounds of one edge and not really deep, to replace a belt there is no need.
Pressing on a belt on the direct site in the middle between pulleys, in size of a deflection estimate correctness of effort of its tension (see Specifications of the Head the Current leaving and service). In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
