Details of installation of a flywheel / driving disk

  1. At an otpuskaniye of fixing bolts block a flywheel / a driving disk from a provorachivaniye by means of special adaptation (see an illustration).
  2. Having removed a flywheel / a driving disk, carefully wipe it, then examine on existence of cracks, zadir and other mechanical damages, - insignificant defects can be eliminated by means of a fine-grained emery paper, in case of more serious damages assembly should be pierced, or to replace.
  3. Estimate a condition of teeths of a wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk. In case of need the gear wreath can be replaced by a protachivaniye and knocking down with a chisel and installations new, - before landing to a flywheel / the driving disk a new gear wreath should be warmed up to the temperature of 250 ÷ of 300 °C.

The gear wreath is established by slanted edge to the engine.

  1. Temporarily fix a flywheel / a driving disk on a bent shaft and by means of the DTI measuring instrument determine the size of its cross beating. If the result of measurement exceeds the size of 0.2 mm, a flywheel / the driving disk should be given to a pro-point, or to replace, - the extreme admissible depth of a pro-point makes 0.5 mm.
