Replacement of brushes

Removal

Electric motor of the drive of screen wipers

  1. Open a cowl and turn out four bolts of fastening of an electric motor of the drive of screen wipers.
  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring.
  1. Separate assembly of an electric motor from the panel of a fairing and, having hooked the screw-driver, separate from it draft of the drive of screen wipers.
  1. Remove an electric motor.

  1. Turn out six fixing screws, release two clamps and remove a lattice (see the Section Removal and installation of a lattice of a fairing).
  2. Give a fixing bolt and a nut and, working on the left side of the car, remove assembly of drafts of the drive of screen wipers from the fairing panel.
  3. Manually check freedom of rotation of hinged joints of assembly, in case of need add lubricant.

The tank and the pump of supply of the washing liquid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the pump and a hose of supply of liquid.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and take the tank with the pump installed on it from a motive compartment.

Installation

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of a condition of an electric motor at connection to it driving draft, - brushes after installation have to fall into a "parking" state. Tighten all fixture with the required effort.

Adjustment snuffled supply of the washing liquid

  1. Adjustment is made by turning of a jet of a nozzle by the needle entered its working opening, - the stream has to get to the correct place on glass.
