13.3. Equipment of salon
The dashboard - the general information, removal and installation of components
General information
The dashboard is manufactured of plastic and equipped with the metal strengthening frame. The panel consists of three main sections: left, central and right.
Dashboard design (the lower cover is removed)
In the left section of the panel the combination of devices with a protective peak, and also several switches is established (see the Section Governing bodies and the equipment of salon in the Head Governing bodies and methods of operation). To the left of a steering column also assembly block of safety locks is located. From below, more to the left of a steering column the panel of a knee emphasis in which, at the corresponding complete set also the module of a knee safety cushion is built in is installed.
The control panel of functioning of systems of heating/ventilation/air conditioning, the radio receiver, the lighter and forward ashtray are a part of the central section.
In the right section there is a ware box and, at the corresponding complete set, - a passenger safety cushion.
Removal and installation of components

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
Finishing panel
|
|
- Disconnect the corresponding electrical wiring and remove the console panel.
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and remove the finishing panel, - do not forget to disconnect an electrical wiring from the corresponding switches.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Combination of devices
|
|
- Remove the finishing panel.
|
|
- Turn out four fixing screws and release a combination from the dashboard.
|
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from measuring instruments and remove a combination of devices.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Knee emphasis
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and remove a knee emphasis.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Lower cover
|
|
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and remove the lower cover of the dashboard.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Ware box
|
|
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and take assembly of a ware box from the dashboard.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Cowl lock latch otpuskaniye drive handle
|
|
|
|
- Turn out the fixing screw and remove the handle (1).
|
- In case of need release a nut of fixing of a driving cable.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Panels of finishing of forward racks
|
|
|
|
- Hooking the suitable tool, remove panels of finishing of forward racks.
|
- Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of clamps.
|
|
Left cover
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and remove the left cover of the dashboard.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Right cover
|
|
- Remove a ware box.
|
|
- Turn out five fixing screws and remove the right cover of the dashboard.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Radio receiver
|
|
- Make sure that the battery is switched-off.
|
|
- Turn out four fixing screws and release assembly of the radio receiver from the dashboard.
|
- Disconnect an electrical wiring and an antenna cable and finally remove the radio receiver from the dashboard.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Control panel of functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
|
|
- Make sure that the battery is switched-off.
- Remove the finishing panel.
|
|
- Turn out four fixing screws and release assembly of switches of management of functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and To/in from the dashboard.
|
- Disconnect the electrical wiring brought to a back part of the panel of switches.
- Remove a ware box.
- Accurately releasing plastic clamps, disconnect driving cables from the operating switches.
- Finally remove assembly of the operating switches.
- Installation is made upside-down.

|
T-shaped frame
|
|
- Remove a steering wheel (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Remove the left cover of the dashboard.
|
|
- Turn out two fixing screws located at the left and on the right under a steering column and remove the T-shaped frame, - the steering column has to fall.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Dashboard body
|
|
- Remove a steering wheel (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Remove back section of the central console (see the Section Removal and installation of the central console).
- Remove forward section of the central console (see the Section Removal and installation of the central console).
- Remove assembly of a knee emphasis.
- Remove a steering wheel (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Remove the basic arm of the assembly block of the relay located at the left under the dashboard.
- Remove the cowl lock latch otpuskaniye drive handle.
- Remove panels of finishing of forward racks.
- Remove the left cover of the dashboard.

- Turn out two fixing bolts at the left on the T-shaped frame.
|
|
|
- Turn out three left bolts of fastening of a body of the dashboard.
|
- Remove a forward ashtray.
- Remove the finishing panel.
- Remove the panel of switches of management of functioning of systems of heating, ventilation and К/В.
- Remove a ware box.
- Remove the right cover of the dashboard.
|
|
- Remove a decorative cover and turn out the central fixing bolt.
|
|
|
- Turn out two fixing bolts on the right on the T-shaped frame.
|
|
|
- Turn out three right bolts of fastening of a body of the dashboard.
|
|
|
- Turn out two fixing bolts on both sides of a steering column and lower the last on car floor level.
|
|
|
- Turn out two fixing bolts located behind mentioned in the previous paragraph, access to which opens after lowering of a steering column.
|
- Disunite contact sockets of all procedure of an electrical wiring impeding the implementation.
- Remove a dashboard body.
- Installation is made upside-down.
