5.3.8. Removal, check and installation of the K/V condenser



  1. The condenser is located directly ahead of a cooling system radiator.
  2. Prop up wheels antiretractable boots.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  4. By forces of the trained professional make a discharge of a refrigerator path of the К/В system.
  5. Disconnect from the condenser refrigerator lines, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of nipple sockets in order to avoid internal pollution of the working highway K/V.
  6. Remove the condenser fan (see the Section Removal, check and installation of the fan of the K/V condenser).
  1. Turn out four fixing bolts, remove a rack of the lock of a cowl and it is accurate, trying not to damage radiator plates, lay it on the lower section of a casing.
  1. By means of a special emphasis record a cowl in the lifted situation, then remove the top panel of a forward casing assembled with a regular emphasis of a cowl.
  1. Release an electrical wiring plait from intermediate clamps on the panel of a forward casing.
  1. Having pulled up, release an electrical wiring from the left and right sections of a forward casing.
  1. Lay a leaf of a cardboard between a radiator and the condenser.
  1. Release fixing nuts and, having given up, take the condenser, - the radiator should be removed from basic hairpins, and to delay the condenser a little forward.



  1. Examine the condenser on existence of signs of development of leaks, deformations of plates and other mechanical damages of the heat exchanger, - in case of need give assembly to repair.
  1. Put on goggles and blow the heat exchanger compressed air, manually remove the foreign objects which got stuck between plates.



  1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning to efforts of tightening of carving fixture.
  2. In conclusion by forces of the trained professional make evacuation, vacuum check and charging of a refrigerator path of the K/V system, then start the engine, activate To/in and examine nipple sockets of a refrigerator path on existence of signs of development of leaks. In case of need make the corresponding corrections.
