5.3.3. Removal and installation of assembly of the forcing fan / evaporator, service of components

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Prop up wheels antiretractable boots.
  2. By forces of the trained professional make a discharge and evacuation of a refrigerator path of the К/В system.
  3. Disconnect wires from the battery (at first negative).
  4. Release a clamping level and remove the rechargeable battery.
  1. Disconnect final and inlet lines of a refrigerator path from the corresponding unions of the evaporator, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of nipple sockets for the purpose of prevention of internal pollution of the highway.

Do not stick sockets with an adhesive tape, - use suitable caps.

  1. Remove a drainage hose of assembly of the evaporator.
  2. Remove a ware box (see the Head Kuzov).
  1. Turn out five fixing screws and remove the right lower section of finishing of the dashboard.
  1. Turn out the fixing screw and remove a side cover of the top section of the central console for the purpose of ensuring access to the lower basic arm of the dashboard.
  1. Turn out the left and right fixing bolts and remove the lower basic arm of the dashboard.
  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the servo-driver of the gate of activation of the mode of air circulation from an inlet air sleeve.
  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from an electric motor of the drive of the forcing fan.
  2. Unbend the carpet panel for the purpose of providing to a service cover.
  1. Give four fixing gaykiya remove a service cover from a partition of a motive compartment.
  1. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of assembly of the forcing fan/evaporator to a partition.
  1. Release two lower nuts
also remove assembly of the forcing fan/evaporator from fixing hairpins on a partition.

Service of components

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Visually estimate an external condition of assembly of the forcing fan/heater.

The relay of the forcing fan

The scheme of an arrangement of contact plugs in the socket of the relay of the forcing fan (the plug No. 3 - grounding)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the relay of the forcing fan.
  2. Give tension to 12 V on plugs No. No. 5 () and 3 (-) of the relay and make sure available conductivity between plugs No. No. 1 and 2. If conductivity is absent, replace the relay.

The operating relay of activation and shutdown To/in

The scheme of an arrangement of contact plugs in the socket of the operating relay of activation and shutdown To/in (the plug No. 3 - grounding)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the relay.
  2. Give tension to 12 V on plugs No. No. 1 () and 3 (-) of the relay and make sure available conductivity between plugs No. No. 2 and 4. If conductivity is absent, replace the relay.

Electric motor of the drive of the forcing fan

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the motor.
  2. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of an electric motor when giving food in 12 V on plugs No. No. 2 () and 1 (-) of the contact socket. At negative result of check replace an electric motor.

Resistive assembly of an electric motor of the drive of the forcing fan

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from resistive assembly.
  1. Perform measurement of resistance between contact plugs of the socket of resistive assembly. If results of measurements differ from the required values, replace assembly of preresistors.

Air inlet gate servo-driver

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make sure of serviceability of switching of the gate in the mode of supply of fresh air when giving on plugs No. No. 4 () and 6 (-) of supply voltage in 12 Century. Activation of the mode of circulation has to happen when grounding the plug No. 3 of the socket.
  1. The faulty servo-driver is subject to replacement.

Thermosocket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine on single turns.
  2. Switch off To/in and for several minutes activate the forcing fan.
  3. Switch off the fan and kill the engine.
  4. Disunite the К/В thermosocket.
  1. Give voltage of 12 V on contact plugs No. No. 1 () and 3 (-) termorazjema by means of the voltmeter measure tension on plugs 1 () and 2 (-). At a temperature above 4 °C the result of measurement has to make 12 V, at a temperature below 1 °C - 0 Century. The faulty thermosocket is subject to replacement.

At a temperature of evaporator below 1.8 ± 0.3 °C the thermosocket has to remain opened.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning to efforts of tightening of carving fixture.
  2. In conclusion do not forget to make charging To/in forces of the qualified specialist of car service.
