- Working according to instructions of manufacturers, connect special measuring knot to system.
|
- Start the engine and lift its turns to value 2000 in a minute.
- Start To/in on the maximum refrigerating capacity.
- Open windows and doors.
- Bring the thermometer of dry type to the deflector of a nozzle of the central air duct of the dashboard.
- To an air inlet of the evaporator bring the psychrometer.
- Wait while temperature at the exit from the central deflector is stabilized and determine pressure in a high-pressure part of the refrigerator highway by indications of measuring knot. The required value makes 15.0 ÷ 17.0 kgfs/cm2 at a temperature of 25 ÷35 of °C.

If pressure in a high-pressure path is excessively high, pour over the heat exchanger of the K/V condenser cold water, with too low pressure block the entrance party of the heat exchanger. |
- Consider the indication of the psychrometer and according to the provided chart, define relative humidity of the entering air.
- Calculate value of a difference of indications of the thermometer (temperature on leaving the system) and the psychrometer (on login).

- According to the provided chart make sure that the point of intersection of value of relative humidity and the last made calculation does not go out of the shaded site.

Check of pressure in a refrigerator path
|
- Working according to instructions of manufacturers, connect special measuring knot to system.
- Start the engine and lift its turns to value 2000 in a minute.
- Start the forcing fan on the maximum high-speed mode and activate To/in in the mode of the maximum refrigerating capacity.
- Include the air circulation mode.
- Считав indications of measuring knot, determine pressure in high-pressure and low pressure contours of a refrigerator path. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, in case of need check productivity К/В.

Check of level of coolant
|
- Start the engine on single turns and warm up it normal working temperature.
- Start To/in and let's it work several minutes in the mode of the maximum productivity.
|
- Glance in a special observation port (1) in the top part of the case of a receiver dehumidifier (2). Verifying result of observation with the data provided in the table, determine coolant level in a refrigerator path and take the appropriate measures on debugging.
