5.3.6. Removal, check and installation of the K/V compressor

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. By forces of the trained professional make a discharge of a refrigerator path of the К/В system. Weaken a nut of a pulley of a natyazhitel of a belt of the drive of the К/В compressor. By rotation of an adjusting bolt in the direction counterclockwise release a belt, throw off it from pulleys and remove. Lower the car on the earth. Turn out four fixing bolts (1) and remove the compressor.

Aurally make sure of serviceability of operation of a magnetic clutch coupling of the compressor when giving on its plugs of food in 12 Century. Check the coupling and its driving pulley for existence of potek of oil, deformations and other mechanical damages. Replace defective components. By selection of an adjusting washer of the corresponding thickness adjust gap size between the faceplate and a pulley of a rotor. The required value makes 0.35 ÷ of 0.65 mm.
