- Remove a thermostat casing (see the Section Removal and installation of the thermostat).
- Take the thermostat, then establish its casing on the regular place, having tightened fixing bolts with the required effort.
- Remove protection of a case.
- Uncover a radiator, then open the drain gate (see an illustration) and lower cooling liquid from a radiator in the capacity suitable on volume.
- Close the drain gate.
- Remove a broad tank (see the Section Removal and installation of a broad tank) and several times carefully wash out it clear flowing water.
- Fill in clear water to the cooling highway.
- Start the engine and warm up it up to the normal working temperature. In case of need add a necessary amount of water in a radiator.
- Open the drain gate and begin to merge water from system, at the same time supporting its level by a dolivaniye in a radiator mouth.
- Continue implementation of the procedure until the water following from a radiator does not become pure and transparent.
- Merge the remained water, close the drain gate.
- Carefully wash out and install into place the thermostat.
- Install a broad tank.
- Fill the cooling system with fresh mix (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
- Establish into place a radiator cover, make sure of lack of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid, then kill the engine.
