5.2.10. Removal and installation of a perepuskny branch pipe of a cooling path of the petrol engine
Details of installation of a perepuskny branch pipe of a heater of a cooling path of the petrol engine
Removal

- Check three nipple sockets of the perepuskny line of a cooling path for existence of signs of development of leaks. In case of need tighten sockets, or replace a branch pipe.
- Remove protection of a case.
- Uncover a radiator, then open the drain gate and lower cooling liquid in the prepared capacity of suitable volume.
- Tighten the gate.
- Remove an air inlet of an inlet air path (see Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Turn out the top bolts of a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
- Turn out one bolt from an arm on the pipeline.
- Remove a wire clamp from an arm behind on the engine, then turn out one bolt and release one clamp.
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS).
- Disunite sockets No. No. 1 and 2 of an electrical wiring of the fuel highway.
- Turn out one bolt and release one wire clamp at the left in a back part of the power unit.
- Disunite sockets of an electrical wiring of two information sensors, release a plait from a basic arm.
- Remove the thermofilter of a final collector.
- Remove the lower thermofilter.
- The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a basic arm of a reception pipe.
- Remove a starter (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine) and take it aside, having provided adequate access to a perepuskny branch pipe.
- Release a fixing collar of a returnable hose of a heater.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a back basic arm of a heating branch pipe on a transmission case.
- Disconnect a returnable hose from a branch pipe.
- Lower the car on the earth.
- Remove a final collector (see Power supply systems, managements of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Turn out a bolt of the left forward arm of a branch pipe of a heater.
- Disconnect a heater branch pipe from a water intake and remove the heating line assembled.

Installation

- Establish a new sealing ring on a branch pipe.
- Get a branch pipe on the regular place for the engine.
- Establish a heating hose.
- Connect a branch pipe to a water intake casing.
- Screw a bolt of the left forward clamp of a branch pipe.
- Establish laying of a final collector.
- Screw six bolts of fastening of a final collector and tighten them with the required effort (24 Nanometers).
- The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
- Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector.
- Screw and tighten one bolt of a basic arm of a final path with the required effort (24 Nanometers).
- Screw and tighten three nuts of a basic arm of a landing flange of a reception pipe with the required effort (24 Nanometers).
- Tighten a collar of fastening of a returnable hose of a heater.
- Screw and tighten three bolts of fastening of a starter with the required effort (47 Nanometers).
- Fix by two bolts a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
- Screw and tighten with the required effort (22 Nanometers) a bolt of fastening of a basic arm of a branch pipe of a heater on a transmission case.
- Lower the car on the earth.
- Screw and tighten two bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline with the required effort (22 Nanometers).
- Connect sockets No. No. 1 and 2 of an electrical wiring of the fuel highway.
- Connect an electrical wiring to TPS.
- Screw and tighten with the required effort (22 Nanometers) in the block of the engine and in the pipeline case two bolts with collars of clamps.
- Screw a bolt of fastening of the left back wire clamp. Tighten it with the required effort (22 Nanometers).
- Fill an electrical wiring in clamps.
- Install the lower thermofilter and fix it by two nuts, having tightened them with the required effort (22 Nanometers).
- Install the top thermofilter, - screw and tighten three fixing bolts with the required effort (22 Nanometers).
- Connect an electrical wiring to a lambda probe, fix a plait of wires in the holder.
- Establish into place an air inlet, connect an electrical wiring to the MAF sensor.
- Fill the cooling system.
- To Poddomkratta the car, establish it on props and tighten two lower bolts of a basic arm of a starter with the required effort (47 Nanometers).
- Lower the car on the earth, start the engine and make sure of lack of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid.
