- Remove forward wheels.
- Take the forelock and release a fixing nut of a spherical finger of fastening of a tip of steering thirst for a rotary fist.

- By means of a special stripper to a vypressuyta a tip (2) steering drafts from the lever (1) of a rotary fist.
|
- Release a lock-nut of fastening of a tip on a bar of steering draft, previously having marked its situation concerning a tip.
- Remove a tip from a bar of steering draft and clamp it in a vice with soft sponges.

- By means of a chisel dismantle a boot of the spherical hinge from a tip, - try not to damage a surface under landing of a boot on tip metal.

|
|
- Slightly grease with jellied lubricant an internal surface of a new boot and by means of a special mandrel put the last on a tip of steering draft.
|
- Screw a tip on a draft bar and, trying to obtain combination of adjusting tags, tighten a lock-nut.
|
|
At installation of a replaceable tip apply on it a landing tag, being verified with the tip removed from draft. |
- Fill a tip in the lever of a rotary fist and tighten its fixing nut with the required effort (42 ÷ 57 Nanometers). Record a nut the NEW forelock.
