Height of provision of a pedal

- Unbend the floor carpet panel in a driver's foot well and measure height of provision of a block of pedal assembly concerning a floor of salon. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications of the Head the Transmission line, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment
Adjustment of height of provision of a pedal of coupling is made by means of a persistent bolt (A), - previously release a lock-nut (In). The effort of tightening of a lock-nut makes 14 ÷ 18 Nanometers.
Free wheeling of a pedal
Check

|
- Slightly having pressed a pedal a hand, measure the size of its free wheeling. If the result of measurement exceeds the limit of the admissible range (8 ÷ 18 mm), make the corresponding adjustment.

Adjustment
|
|
- Release a lock-nut (C) and make the corresponding adjustment by rotation of a rod of a pusher (D) piston of the main cylinder of coupling.
- Check height of provision of the released pedal, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
- Do not forget to tighten a lock-nut in conclusion (C).

Height of switching off of coupling has to make 184 mm. |
