6.5.3. Removal and installation of components of system of production of the fulfilled gases
Reception pipe with the catalytic converter

- Release nuts of fastening of reception section to a final collector / turbocompressor.
- Give fixing nuts and separate the catalytic converter from connecting section.
- Remove assembly of reception section with the catalytic converter and two sealing laying.
- Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of connecting flanges, prepare replaceable sealing laying.
- Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Power supply system, management of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases to efforts of tightening of carving fixture.

Muffler
|

- Release fastening nuts at first of back, then forward connecting flanges of assembly of the muffler with a connecting pipe.
- Remove four rubber suspensions from arms and take the muffler from under the car.
- Remove two sealing laying and carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of connecting flanges, - laying is subject to replacement without fail.
- Installation is made upside-down, - rubber suspensions before installation should be greased with silicone lubricant, track observance of requirements of Specifications of the Head of the Power supply system, management of engine/decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and production of the fulfilled gases to efforts of tightening of carving fixture.

Exhaust pipe

- Remove a rubber suspension of an exhaust pipe from a basic arm, then release nuts of a connecting flange.
- Take a pipe from under the car.
- Remove sealing laying.
- Installation is made upside-down, do not forget to replace a rubber suspension and to grease it before installation by silicone lubricant, tighten fixing nuts with the required effort.
